A safe space to be heard, understood, connect, be challenged & grow.

Our Vision

Our vision is to provide a safe space where you can find your voice, be heard, understood, find meaning and connection, learn, be challenged, and grow.

Our Values

Love and authenticity are among our highest values. When working with us, expect to find a counsellor who will warmly welcome you just as you are. We refuse to see people as “disordered”, “abnormal”, or in need of “fixing”. We see each person as being unique and capable of growth and change. We don’t promise “quick fixes”, although positive change can come quickly. We will be on your side, while at the same time challenging you from the best within yourself.

We provide compassionate, inclusive, and affirming care to all clients, regardless of age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. All are welcome!

Our Sessions

Our counselling sessions are held in our lovely home office at Wellington Point. For those who find it easier to walk and talk, we offer walking sessions and our beautiful Bayside location provides the ideal setting. If you can’t come to us, we provide telehealth or phone sessions. Some of our most productive sessions are over the phone or on-line. We support clients across Australia and in remote communities.
